  • Stan offers a free initial consultation to identify your major concerns and determine how to address them most effectively. It's also an opportunity for you to get to know us before making a decision to engage our services. Likewise, we need an opportunity to listen to you explain your situation and goals. It allows us to evaluate how we can best help you.

  • During this meeting (typically 10 to 30 minutes), we will discuss your specific needs and goals, fully describe Federal Construction Consultants services, determine which of our services are right for you, and discuss our fee structure. We encourage you to ask lots of questions! Stan's 37 years of DOD expertise can help answer and clarify nagging questions that may discourage many companies from taking their first steps into Federal construction contracting. Although Stan consults and mentors for large construction firms, his experience and knowledge is invaluable for the smaller companies that are just testing the waters of Federal contracting. He understands how companies can get overwhelmed and shy away from this very profitable arena.
